Productlab Conference 2026

Productlab Conference is a three day gathering for in house product teams working through what AI actually changes about their jobs. The week opens with a Leaders Lab for heads of product, moves into hands on Craft and AI workshops, then closes with a full conference day of keynotes, deep dives and roundtables. Speakers come from companies like Zalando, Delivery Hero and Miro. Everything happens at CIC Berlin, a historic building that has been reinvented for a century of different uses.
