Anastasia Dellis

Chief Executive Officer of Orbisk, a Utrecht based food tech company using AI and computer vision to help professional kitchens cut food waste, now operating across more than 40 countries. She stepped into the role in August 2025 after leadership roles at Soly and Gorillas, and has led the company's expansion into the US and Asia Pacific foodservice markets.
