The iGEM Grand Jamboree calls itself the world expo of synthetic biology, filling the Paris Convention Centre with researchers, startup founders, investors and policy makers. Student and startup teams from around the world present science based ventures spanning health, agriculture and industrial biotech. The programme mixes project showcases with panels on governance and funding for deep tech. It is organised by iGEM, the global synthetic biology non profit behind the annual iGEM Challenge.
